Veggie Viering

Together with Wishing Well West I created and designed Veggie Viering. Every Friday we rescue food that otherwise would be thrown away. With these vegetables we cook healthy vegan soup which we serve for free at Wishing Well West in Utrecht. We started this initiative to bring the people together from this neighborhood and at the same time serving a healthy meal which at the same time also participates in reducing food waste. This event is donation based. In the future we want to organize workshops about cooking healthy food and food waste orientated topics, which we can provide by donations.
